The irARM ThruVision 1024-35 Thermal Core Kit delivers high-performance LWIR imaging with a 1024×980 detector and 12 µm pixel pitch, providing exceptional thermal clarity and precision. With a 20.1° × 18.9° field of view and 60 Hz frame rate, the core captures fast-moving targets with accuracy, making it ideal for surveillance, UAV payloads, and industrial inspection.
Equipped with a built-in shutter and FFC for automatic non-uniformity correction, the module ensures consistent image quality across a wide range of conditions. The system supports continuous digital zoom from 1× to 8× and adjustable image orientation for flexible mounting and integration. Symbol overlays can be rewritten for each frame, adding further versatility for specialized applications.
The ThruVision 1024-35 includes integrated eMMC storage for both video and still recording, as well as high-speed USB 3.0 streaming at 30 FPS. Wireless video transmission is supported via SDIO-based Wi-Fi connectivity. Control is available through UART or USB, and peripheral channels include I²C and SDIO. Video outputs are compatible with CMOS, LVDS, and USB interfaces.
Compact and lightweight, the module measures 36 × 38.7 × 25.8 mm and weighs only 20 g, making it suitable for portable and embedded systems. It operates reliably from −40 °C to +85 °C and can be stored between −50 °C and +105 °C. With optional features such as battery support, guided reticles, and on-screen overlays, the ThruVision 1024-35 is a versatile solution for demanding thermal imaging applications.
