The irARM ThruVision 640-19 Kit delivers high-resolution LWIR imaging with a 640×480 detector and 12 µm pixel pitch, providing precise and detailed thermal imagery for a wide range of applications. With a 23.2° × 17.4° field of view, 19 mm objective lens, and 60 Hz frame rate, it captures fast-moving targets with clarity, making it ideal for UAV payloads, surveillance, and industrial inspection.

Equipped with a built-in shutter and FFC for automatic non-uniformity correction, the module ensures consistent image quality in diverse environments. The system supports continuous digital zoom from 1× to 8× and adjustable image orientation for flexible integration. Full symbol overlay is available for each frame, enhancing situational awareness and usability for specialized applications.

Video output is available in NTSC/PAL format, and the module includes control interfaces via UART or USB, with peripheral expansion through I²C and SDIO. Video channels are compatible with analog or CMOS inputs, providing versatile connectivity for different systems.

Compact and lightweight, the module measures 21 × 21 × 19 mm and weighs only 12 g, making it suitable for portable and embedded applications. Operating reliably from −40 °C to +85 °C and storable between −50 °C and +105 °C, the ThruVision 640-19 combines compact size, robust performance, and advanced imaging features to meet the demands of security, industrial, and UAV thermal imaging tasks.
