Description

The irARM CMOS 3840-9 is a high-performance Near-Infrared (NIR) imaging module designed for professional and OEM applications. Featuring a 3840×2160 sensor with integrated optics, it delivers ultra-high-resolution 4K imagery in the 0.45 µm – 0.9 µm spectral range, providing exceptional detail and clarity for industrial inspection, machine vision, surveillance, and research applications.

Equipped with a built-in shutter and FFC for non-uniformity correction, the module ensures consistent and reliable image quality across varying conditions. Continuous digital zoom from 1× to 8× allows flexible observation, while a field of view of 35.45° (H) × 29.91° (V) balances wide coverage with precise detail.

Supporting CMOS, USB 3.0, and LVDS interfaces, the CMOS 3840-9 integrates seamlessly into modern imaging systems and OEM platforms. Its compact dimensions of 21 × 21 × 19 mm and lightweight 24 g design make it ideal for embedded systems, robotics, UAVs, handheld devices, and laboratory setups. This module provides developers and integrators with a reliable foundation for high-resolution NIR imaging solutions.
