The irARM LWIR 640 PRO is a high-performance Long-Wave Infrared (LWIR) thermal imaging module designed for professional and OEM integration. Operating within the LWIR 8 µm – 14 µm spectral range, it features a 640×480 12 µm detector that captures emitted thermal radiation, delivering detailed and high-contrast thermal imagery in complete darkness and challenging environmental conditions.

With a wide field of view of 48.90° (H) × 36.67° (V), the LWIR 640 PRO provides excellent situational awareness and efficient area monitoring. A built-in shutter with FFC ensures accurate non-uniformity correction, maintaining stable and consistent image quality across temperature variations. Continuous digital zoom from 1× to 8× allows flexible observation for both broad scanning and focused inspection.

The module supports CMOS, USB 3.0, and LVDS interfaces, enabling high-speed data transmission and seamless integration into modern imaging platforms. Its compact winged housing (21 × 21 × 19 mm) and 24 g weight make it ideal for UAVs, robotics, handheld systems, industrial monitoring, and embedded surveillance solutions.
